About Us
A Beka ESL is a division of A Beka Academy, Inc. located in Pensacola, FL. A Beka has been publishing high-quality textbooks and teaching aids for over 30 years. All materials published are the result of over 50 years of actual classroom experience.
The A Beka ESL program has been designed to use A Beka’s highly successful phonics-based reading program. Phonics is employed as the most logical, orderly way to introduce reading to all ages. Stories are carefully selected for interest, readability, theme, and values.
The purpose of A Beka ESL is to give each student an excellent education in reading and speaking the English language. Stories will also be taught, giving each student additional opportunity to hear, speak, and learn the English language while creating an English-speaking environment in their own home.
